Not “using an AI” — running a workforce of agents. One short sentence — say “add the pay button in jobsi” — triggers a chain of specialized agents: one loads memory, decisions (ADRs) and rules; one writes the spec (an ISA — think before the first line of code); a writer agent builds in an isolated working copy; a cold second agent reviews it critically (plus a tester and a compliance check); and automatic hooks block expensive or risky actions. The result is a tested, reviewed pull request with a protocol — plus a new memo that makes the next run smarter.

One human orchestrates a fleet of AI agents — across research, drafting, review, deploy and operations. Underneath all apps sits the same machine: ki-service (all model calls in one place), signal (communications nervous system), n8n + Claude as hybrid orchestrator, Supabase and Vercel as the foundation.
