The problem

Private landlords with a few units are stuck between Excel and oversized property-management software. The annual service-charge statement is the pain point: error-prone, deadline-bound, dispute-prone.

The product

vermietify digitizes the landlord side — at its core a service-charge engine that computes real statements and has been verified against actual prior-year statements, plus management of units, tenants and meter readings.

Status: live at vermietify.fintutto.cloud.

Built agentically

The billing engine is built to run without a UI — the same logic powers the app and automated runs. Test cases are real, anonymized statements: correctness is measured, not claimed.
